Mr. Padget practices civil litigation in state and federal courts and handles complex civil litigation prosecuting, defending, and resolving lawsuits. As an experienced litigator he has successfully tried numerous jury trials to verdict and has obtained multimillion-dollar settlements for clients. With a track record of multimillion-dollar jury verdicts against major corporate defendants, he also has effectively argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court. In additional to his legal practice, Mr. Padget serves on the Firm’s management committee directing and managing the business of the law firm.

Mr. Padget was born in Camden, South Carolina in 1979. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2004. Mr. Padget received a Bachelor of Arts from The Citadel in 2001. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2004. Mr. Padget was awarded membership in the Order of the Wig and Robe, and served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Law Review. While in law school, he was named to the Dean's List and received CALI (American Jurisprudence) Awards in: Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure.

When not practicing law, he enjoys the outdoors, golfing, reading, and spending time with his wife and family.
