Ms. Dinwoodie is originally from Rhode Island. She moved to South Carolina in 1989 and grew up in Beaufort.

Ms. Dinwoodie received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Clemson University in 2005, minoring in Business Administration. After graduation, she returned to Beaufort, SC and taught high school English for four years prior to enrolling in Charleston School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree. In law school, Ms. Dinwoodie served as a 3L Senator for the Student Bar Association, was the Associate Justice for Business Affairs on the Moot Court Board, was a teaching fellow in the Legal Research and Writing program, and earned CALI awards in Trial Advocacy and First Amendment Seminar: Church, State, and the Constitution.

Ms. Dinwoodie is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Charleston County Bar Association, and South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. She is licensed to practice both in South Carolina State Court and in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Ms. Dinwoodie practices in the Firm’s general litigation division, primarily focusing on Estate Planning, Probate Law, Real Property Law, HOA Law and general litigation.
