Clara H. Mintz

Clara H. Mintz is an associate attorney in the firm’s real estate
practice, based in the North Charleston office. Ms. Mintz also performs
closings and other real estate matters for clients in the firm’s
satellite Mount Pleasant office. Clara’s practice primarily focuses
on residential real estate matters, representing clients in the sale,
purchase, and refinance of properties. She also works with the firm’s
transactional law team to tackle business purchases, commercial leasing,
drafting buy/sell agreements, contract issues, and other corporate matters.
Clara devotes herself to her career and takes great pride in providing
the best services and client experiences. Through her work with great
agents, brokers and lenders, Clara is able to accommodate almost any need
clients may have.
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Ms. Mintz graduated
magna cum laude from the College of Charleston, earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology
with a minor in Business Administration. During her time at the College
of Charleston, she spent a summer abroad in Cambodia and Vietnam studying
psychology. Following her undergraduate degree, Clara attended the University
of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated with honors recognizing
her commitment to pro bono work throughout her law school career.
Upon graduation from law school in 2020, Ms. Mintz made the move back to
the Lowcountry. Ms. Mintz clerked for the firm until joining as an associate
attorney upon her admission to the South Carolina bar in October 2020.
In her free time, Clara enjoys cooking, traveling, visiting the beach,
and spending time with her family, friends and dog, Nate.
