Our REO division is a highly motivated group of professionals with experience in real estate law. We understand the needs and requirements of clients and are committed to providing quality client services. It is our sole responsibility to provide professional services working closely with all parties to the transaction and to meet or exceed their expectations.

Upon receipt of a file, we review all relevant documents, order a title search and prepare a title insurance commitment. We prepare necessary seller documents as well as all other documents required in order to carry out our representation in a professional manner. We work closely with all parties to complete the sale of the REO in accordance with the terms of the contract, client instructions and all applicable law.
