In addition to the areas mentioned above, we have individual attorneys who regularly  practice in the areas of: mediation and arbitration, constitutional law and takings jurisprudence, administrative claims, and multi-district litigation. Several of our attorneys have active appellant practices, and we handle appeals for other firms.

Harry Goldberg is a certified civil court mediator and arbitrator. In addition to mediating cases since 1995, Harry has been active in the ADR section of the Bar, having served as it’s chairman, and he is presently a member of the Executive Council. Harry has also lectured at many CLE programs on mediation related topics.
