The foreclosure division's primary goal is to process a volume of commercial and residential foreclosure matters statewide as quickly and efficiently as possible, providing quality legal services in the shortest period of time at the least expense to the client.
CLIENT REPORTING
The client is provided with information on the progress of its cases throughout the process and is sent copies of all pleadings and any pertinent correspondence and cross-claims or counterclaims brought by any defendant. The client is also provided with monthly reports. The type and frequency of these reports are adapted to the client's needs. These reports may consist of individual case summaries and aged spreadsheet reports.
COMMERCIAL OR COMPLEX MATTERS
Occasionally, foreclosure matters will become involved, contested, or complex. The foreclosure division coordinates with the Firm's litigation division in the event that the matter becomes contested. At this juncture, we discuss the parameters of the issues thoroughly with the client, the steps that we recommend be taken, and the approximate time and cost. The client can then make an informed decision on how it wishes to proceed.
RESIDENTIAL FORECLOSURES
Time: Routine foreclosure matters are processed in approximately one hundred eighty (180) days from the date that we receive the referral to conclusion.
