 William R. Padget Columbia, South Carolina
Mr. Padgett practices civil litigation in both state and federal courts and regularly handles complex civil litigation. He has successfully tried numerous jury trials to verdict and assisted in procuring multimillion dollar settlements for clients. Mr. Padget was born in Camden, South Carolina in 1979. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2004. Mr. Padget received a Bachelor of Arts from The Citadel in 2001. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2003. Mr. Padget was awarded membership in the Order of the Wig and Robe, and served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Padget was named to the Dean's List and received CALI (American Jurisprudence) Awards in: Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. When not practicing law, he enjoys the outdoors, golfing, reading, and spending time with his wife and children.
